A participating and eligible dealer installs equipment during eligible program months.
Within 60 days from installation, complete the "Rebates" incentive form on ductedsystemsincentives.com with your personal info, product details (serial number & install date), sale price, and a copy of the invoice.
Submit for review and confirmation. Claims are processed within five business days.
Receive status updates as your claim is processed. Check your status anytime at ductedsystemsincentives.com.
Approved claims are paid via check in U.S. dollars within 45 days.
Your claim submission automatically registers the serial number for your standard warranty within 30 days.
